Krista brings more than a decade of experience in financial leadership, combining strategic insight with operational excellence. She is known for building high-performing teams, simplifying complex financial systems, and aligning finance with business growth in fast-paced environments. Her results-oriented approach, backed by deep technical expertise, will help ReadyNine scale with clarity and confidence.

As Director of Finance and Accounting, Krista will oversee our financial operations, improve forecasting accuracy, and help strengthen our internal systems. Her leadership will play a critical role in ensuring our finance function supports innovation, informed decision-making, and long-term success.
A Track Record of Results
Krista has led initiatives that improved profitability, streamlined operations, and enhanced financial visibility. She has also held senior roles in FP&A and financial control, building a well-rounded foundation in budgeting, planning, and performance management.
Krista holds a Master’s in Accounting (2025) and recently completed a year-long leadership development program through North Group. Her strengths in team coaching, strategic decision-making, and organizational leadership match her commitment to professional growth.
Beyond the Numbers
Outside the office, Krista enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, whether boating, hiking, wakeboarding, or simply making the most of the outdoors. Her energy, balance, and perspective make her a natural fit for our culture.
