A simplified explanation of the process:

  • Arrange warm lead discussions with compatible contacts in your network
  • ReadyNine handles the cycle with little to no involvement on your end needed
  • You get full transparency on your open/won opportunities 
  • After the deal is won, you will get evergreen commissions as long as the service is being used (Generally minimum 3 years, and sometimes up to 10+ years)

Staff Accountant

What You'll Do





• Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, A/P and A/R


• Work with commissions reconciliations


• Process payroll, tax registrations/filings, and health insurance for multiple states


• Prepare and present accurate/timely financial reports, metrics, and analyses to company management, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts


• Manage billing and month-end processing

 



What We Need



• 5+ yrs of accounting experience (general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, financial reporting), preferably in services or professional services industry


• Proficiency with Sage Intacct


• Someone who is tech savvy and can navigate multiple systems and tools


• Excellent communication skills as well as analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines

Marketing Specialist - Brand Development & Lead Generation

Primary Focus


Building and managing the ReadyNine brand, supporting sales with deliverables for opportunities in flight, and ensuring seamless integration of acquired companies into ReadyNine’s marketing strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all marketing and sales materials.


    • Create and manage content for blogs, social media, and case studies to amplify brand storytelling and thought leadership.


    • Oversee social media strategy and execution, including LinkedIn and other platforms, to engage target audiences.


    • Collaborate with outsourced content production vendors for multimedia projects (e.g., video testimonials, podcasts).


    • Assist in developing deliverables for the sales team, including custom one-pagers, proposal decks, and value propositions tailored to opportunities in flight.


    • Support event branding and creative asset development for trade shows, presentations, and sponsored engagements.


    • Lead and execute the marketing onboarding process for acquisitions, including:


    o Integrating acquired company branding with ReadyNine’s visual identity and messaging.


    o Developing communication strategies to inform clients of acquisitions and ensure a seamless transition of services.


    o Creating or updating marketing assets (e.g., website pages, sales collateral) to reflect acquisition integration.


    o Coordinating with other teams to align operational and cultural elements with marketing initiatives.


    • Monitor brand performance across channels and adapt strategies to improve visibility and engagement.



  • Ideal Candidate:

  • • Skilled in design tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or equivalent for creating branded materials.


    • Strong writing and storytelling abilities for crafting high-impact marketing assets.


    • Collaborative mindset to work closely with sales, acquisitions teams, and other departments, ensuring alignment and impact on active opportunities.
